“If this discussion could, in any way, lead to me being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my Association representative be present at the meeting. Without representation, I choose not to answer any questions.”

Grievance Chair

Will work with the Site Rep on grievances and decide whether or not to take a grievance to Arbitration

Bargaining Team

Works with the Chapter Services Consultant on issues to be bargained in the contract

Organizing Committee

Will plan activities for problems that might not be grievable, but that need to be dealt with in another arena

President

Oversees all plans and grievances and gives advice to Committee Chairs.

Handles problems that cannot be handled by Site Reps or grievance process.

Contacts CTA consultant for advice when needed.

Regional UniServ Staff

Maintains contact with the President, Executive Board, and Committees and gives appropriate advice.

Provides training for President, Executive Board, Committee Members, and Reps.
